Approximately 3 minutes from the Kyobashi exit via the Hanshin Expressway. Take a right once exiting the expressway followed by your next right at the Kyobashi Nanbu intersection. Proceed straight through the next two traffic signals until you see the Kobe Municipal Museum. The parking entrance is just north of the museum.
