We have a dress changing room that can be used freely for both men and women on the third floor of the hotel.
- Can we ask attendants' dressing / hair makeup?

This is available in the changing room on the third floor. The hair salon requires reservations, so please make a reservation in advance. A reservation sheet will be given to the bride and groom during the meeting.
- Are there any discounts or benefits for attendees staying overnight?

- Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel in advance or send Takkyubin from the hotel?

Yes. It is possible. Delivery of luggage is received by courier (charged). Please tell the 3rd floor cloak counter.

Although there are limitations on the number, we are doing wheelchair rental. Chapel · Wedding reception place etc. All are barrier free. Also, please be assured we will be preparing a nursing room / baby crib (for a fee) even for our guests with children.
About cooking
- Do people with allergies have a corresponding menu?

Yes, we have a menu prepared for those with allergies.
- I will be bringing small children with me, are there any children's menus?

We also have a children's menu. We offer a children's lunch for children up to the lower elementary school grades, and a children's set menu for older children.
About shuttle bus and parking lot
- Is it possible to arrange a bus?

It is possible to introduce an arrangement destination in the form of picking up from the Kobe area.

- Is there a parking lot?

Yes, parking is available on the second basement floor of THE ORIENT. Guests attending the wedding ceremony and reception can park for free for up to six hours. Please complete the parking procedure on the first or fourth floor of the hotel on the day of the reception.
For children
- Small children will be attending, but are there any children's menus?

We offer children's lunch (for 1st grade-elementary school lower grades) and children's course (for elementary school middle grades-higher grades). Contact your wedding planner for more information.
- Is there space for nursing and changing diapers?

THE ORIENT has diaper changing stations and nursing rooms on the 2nd, 5th, 6th, and 17th floors. Please feel free to ask our staff if you require these services.

- Can I smoke inside the venue?
