- Can I see it with a single person, a friend, or a family member?

It is possible. If you can visit us, the right wedding planner will contact you for consultation, so please be relieved.
- How many visits should we have at the meeting until the reception day?

Although it varies depending on the client, you will generally be required to visit us three times. For those with limited time, we may require you to visit us once or twice. Online meetings are also possible. Please rest assured that our dedicated staff will respond to your requests and circumstances.
- Can I have a wedding ceremony and a dinner party with only a small group of people?

The minimum number of people required for an event to take place is 6 people.
- Can we have a dinner party?

We will prepare in the private room on the top floor of the hotel on the 17th floor. Please contact us regarding delivery.
- Are there prepared meals for children?

We offer a children's lunch (for lower elementary school children) and a children's course (for upper elementary school children).
- Do you charge bring-in fees when bringing hand-made items?

We do not accept bringing fees for handmade items. Please also consult us as there are other items you can bring in and items you are refraining from.
- Is there a dressing room available for wedding guests?

We are preparing dressing rooms for free use on the 3rd floor for both men's and ladies'. Please also feel free to contact us as you can reserve clothes and hair sets for kimonos.
- Can I ask for parents' costume rental at the hotel?

Costume rentals are available at our affiliated dress shops. We have rentals for formal wear, morning coats, and even guest wear. We will provide you with information during your consultation.
- Many of our guests will be coming from far away. Are there any discounts for guests staying at THE ORIENT?

We have a special discount plan available exclusively for guests attending the event. You can use it by entering a special code.
- Can we have a second party in the hotel?
