THE ORIENT 's Cuisine

We will treat our guests to dishes that combine recipes from our sister restaurants that have been awarded Michelin stars with Kobe ingredients.

01

SEASONAL INGREDIENTS

Dishes using seasonal ingredients

Unusually for wedding cuisine, we contract directly with farmers and the chef himself personally selects seasonal ingredients from the source. We are committed to high quality and use recipes that are tailored to the ingredients, cooking simply so that you can enjoy their delicate flavors.

02

TEMPERATURE

"Temperature" that changes the impression of the taste of the dish

The temperature of food can change even in just one minute. If the amount of steam in the soup and the mouthwatering sizzling sound are not at their best, the impression will change. That's why we put our efforts into delivering freshly cooked food as quickly as possible. There is absolutely no concept of preparing food in advance when it comes to our cooking.

03

PRIVATE KITCHEN

With the desire to serve freshly prepared food, all banquet halls are equipped with their own kitchens. The chefs monitor the venue and guests, working closely with the service staff to serve food at the optimal time.

04

SERVING

The "color and fragrance" of food that creates a guest's expression

At a wedding, guests sitting next to each other do not necessarily know each other. Wedding food also plays a role in connecting guests. The colors and aromas of the food can ease any tension. We aim to create food that can change the expressions and emotions of guests.

KOBE ORIGINAL

Kobe original menu

Our courses, which use fresh ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture and focus on local production and consumption, are extremely popular. Kobe is a place with both sea and mountains, so the seafood and mountain produce are only available there. We offer a course menu that makes generous use of nationally famous ingredients such as Akashi octopus and Kobe beef.

JAPANESE TASTE

Japanese taste menu

We offer a Japanese-style menu that is made possible by our commitment to the delicate flavors of the ingredients themselves, their temperature, aroma, and beauty. This is the kind of hospitality you can only find at THE ORIENT which has perfected fine cuisine. Our dishes, which can only be enjoyed here, can be easily eaten with chopsticks, and are enjoyed by people of all ages.

MADE TO ORDER

"Made to order '' that adds a touch of two

Rather than being bound by a set menu, you can incorporate your own unique style into the food. We will work together with you to create a meal that is memorable to you or an original dish using ingredients from your hometown, through careful dialogue.

CAKE

cake

THE ORIENT 's wedding cakes are original creations made by our in-house pastry chef. We will create a cake that is unique to you and your partner, incorporating the latest trends and matching the venue and concept.

DESSERT FINGER FOOD

Desserts & Finger Foods

Desserts & finger foods that are easy to eat delicious and enjoyable to the eyes are one of the ideas to make the party excitement. The finger food decorates the waiting space with a welcome drink gorgeously. A dessert buffet put on by arms by the pastry chef adds color to the banquet and terrace. Please realize an unforgettable wedding party that will remain in the guest's heart with a gleaming sense of sense.
