The two were chosen for the "Kobe original" course meal that incorporates three flavors (Japanese, Western, and Chinese).

Western food: The taste of Western food has taken root as a trendy dish in Kobe since 150 years after the opening of the port of Kobe.

Japanese: A taste familiar to people of all ages that Japanese people usually eat
