<May Report>
The venue layout features guest tables arranged like petals.
"OHANA" WEDDING
How they met
We first met during a short-term study abroad program as university students.
"We were seated next to each other on the flight to and from the airport, and that's how we became friends.
We both have active personalities and have traveled to many different places since we started dating.
Wherever I went, some kind of happening was always there.
As we overcame these experiences, we became closer."

Why did you choose THE ORIENT?
"THE ORIENT is a prestigious hotel that also has a casual atmosphere.
Above all, the food was delicious, so we decided on this venue right away after touring the first one.
In addition, I was also attracted by the warm personalities of the staff.
The fact that I felt I could prepare for my wedding here with peace of mind was a major deciding factor.
A chapel with the warmth of wood
I fell in love at first sight with the Oriental Room, with its pale green doors and retro chandelier.

As she chose her outfit together with the groom, there was no first meeting.
Getting ready in the bridal room in a relaxed atmosphere

Bride's outfit
Dress: TREAT MAISON
TREAT MAISON, a brand born from the atelier of THE TREAT DRESSING
Since TREAT was founded, we have been dealing with thousands of different imported dresses.
How to handle delicate lace, how to sew beautifully, and how to create dresses with the aesthetic sense that she has cultivated over the years.
The chest features a draped design, and the hem of the tulle, which softly spreads out from the waist, is of a different material.
The embroidery is lavishly done, making this a simple yet stylish piece.

Dress episode from coordinator
Feel free to choose a dress with plenty of tulle and lace.
However, for the bride who desired a more sophisticated touch,
Because you are in a space filled with the refined elegance of the Orient
This was the dress I proposed, hoping to capture all of that and also be stylish.
We had a second meeting to propose the dress to her, and she tried on this one dress, which became her destiny.

Wedding reception
"The welcome space is designed to express our gratitude to all our guests.
We displayed memorable photos of everyone with a message attached.
I often had trouble choosing the photos and how to display them.
I was truly delighted to finally accomplish something I had always wanted to do.
The decorations included flowers, candles that the couple had made by hand, and other thoughtful items.
We prepared with the thought, "If only we could convey a little bit of who we are..."
When I looked back at the photos later and realized that all the guests were looking at them with smiles on their faces,
It made me feel happy."

Family Meat
"The moment the elevator opened, everyone was captivated by the bride's wedding dress.
The parents of both families were also dressed in morning coats and formal kimonos, which are not usually seen on the stage.
I remember it really dawning on me that the wedding was about to begin.
I don't want to talk about it just because it's this occasion.
It was impressive to relax and chat in a welcoming atmosphere, just like being at home.

What were your thoughts at the jacket ceremony?
"I don't think my mother ever dressed me again after I hit puberty.
I had the opportunity to wear the jacket at the ceremony, and it brought back memories for a moment.
I was hit hard on the back and couldn't help but laugh.
I felt that this was typical of my relationship with my mother, and it helped to ease my tension a bit, so I'm grateful to her."

What did you feel when you lowered the veil?
"As soon as the chapel doors opened, I felt a special atmosphere and the feeling that the ceremony had finally begun.
My heart suddenly started beating fast. But I held back my tears as my mother lowered the veil and said, "Congratulations."
I will never forget that moment of relief and security, surrounded by that unchanging kindness."

Wedding ceremony
"At first, I had the impression that a public ceremony would test your sense of style.
I thought it would be safe to go for a Christian ceremony.
However, the planner said, "Please express your feelings to each other like letters you exchange on your anniversary."
So we decided to go with the idea of a public ceremony and "when letters."

"When Letters" is a series of letters written to each other about five turning points in life.
1. Vows
2. When you have a child
3. The next time you move
4. When you had a big fight
5. 10th wedding anniversary
"We read the vows in 1 out loud in front of everyone and then hugged each other to confirm our vows.
I hope to never forget my original intentions and to face the future with a smile."

Party concept
"We set the theme as 'OHANA' WEDDING, which means 'deep bond' in Hawaiian.
Since most of the guests were from the same generation, we tried to make it a homely party.
We also wanted to enjoy talking with all the guests who took the time to come.”

The venue layout features guest tables arranged like petals
"When I explained the concept of the party,
The planner proposed this layout.
I have heard that there are many unknowns and that it will be a somewhat challenging endeavor.
Encouraged by the passion of the planner, I made up my mind and decided to take on the challenge."

Flower coordination by plants collection
"I want to feel closer to my guests"
"Casual and cheerful atmosphere"
The two main chairs were placed in the center of the venue.
Guests will be seated at round tables arranged in a circular manner around the designated area.
The flowers were balanced so that they would look good from any angle.
The flowers used are anthurium, gypsophila, oncidium, and dahlia.
Gerbera, carnation, gerbera, moth orchid, all in warm colors
The bouquet was filled with the bride's favorite flowers.
The flowers were artfully arranged to harmonize with the venue's floral decorations.
From florist
"They were a very enjoyable couple to talk to.
The layout of the venue with the two of them sitting in the center was a first for me, so
As I imagined it, I thought, "It will be wonderful, so let's look forward to it together."
When I informed him, he gladly entrusted it to me.

A personalized cup will be provided at your seat as a gift.
A catalog gift is also a great option for wedding favors.
I think it would be even better if you could actually see the gift in front of you.
I chose the Glass Le Soeur Free Cup.
On the wooden boxes used as place cards, we asked the guests to write their names using the nicknames they are usually called by.
We ask them to select a cup that aligns with the theme.
Each one was a different shape and colour, and it was so much fun seeing everyone's reactions."

Opening ceremony with personalized cup
Instead of cutting the cake, this serves as the signal for the start of the reception.
We had an opening ceremony where all the glasses in the wooden box were opened at the same time.
I am happy to hear from customers that they continue to display and use the cups and wooden boxes after the ceremony.
I believe it was truly beneficial to incorporate this arrangement.

The venue layout features guest tables arranged like flower petals around the bride and groom.
"My impression on the day itself was that it was really good!
Because we are in the center, the distance between all the tables is close.
As expected, many guests seemed friendly and approachable.
It was a good idea to adjust the direction of the tall chairs before and after the ceremony, so they were generally facing the guests.
I was a little worried beforehand about which way to face when speaking to the guests.
When I actually tried it, it wasn't as difficult as I had imagined, and I felt like I was able to do it naturally."

Change clothes and exit
"Escorts have been playing with me since I was little.
I asked my grandparents, who were the ones most looking forward to seeing me in my wedding dress, to help me.
It was a surprise for my grandparents who are over 80 years old but are still healthy and always take care of me.
It was a wonderful memory that will stay with me forever.”

Thoughts for the guest selected as an escort
From the beginning, I had been planning for my only sibling, my younger brother, to make an appearance at some point.
He used to play American football, so he's well-built, and he's also a unique character.
I thought it would be a nice touch for the production as well.

Changing dress
Dress: ANNE BARGE
Inspired by vintage haute couture
ANNE BARGE has many fans around the world for its timeless and elegant classic style.
The dresses are made from the finest fabrics and are handmade by artisans.
It embodies the ANNE BARGE philosophy that "great design is timeless."
Dress episode from coordinator
I fell in love at first sight during our first meeting.
The first change of clothes was planned to be a traditional Japanese outfit, but she decided on a dress that she would never forget.
The bride's adorable smile and colorful dress, which exudes happiness, really suited her and left a strong impression.

"The colorful dress I wore for my second change was such a favorite of mine that I was sad to have to change out of it after the ceremony was over.
The dress was filled with my favorite colors and I thought, "I've never seen a dress like this before!"
I was very happy to hear from you all.
Her hair was styled in twin halves with two colored ribbons that matched her dress.
The groom was dressed casually in a light green shirt and polka dot bow tie.
It matched perfectly with the dress."
Even after the couple changed their dresses, the guests continued to gather around the couple's table and the lively atmosphere continued.

Candle relay
A candle display held at twilight time
"I wanted all the guests to participate.
We held a candle lighting ceremony, passing the candlelight from us to our guests.

"The sight of everyone blowing out the lights at once while making a wish was a fantastic sight, and I still can't forget it."

Time to express gratitude
We will convey our gratitude to the parents
And the final act was "One More Toast".
"One More Cheers" was introduced with the idea of ending the day with a smile!
A wedding is also a place of connection.
It gave me the feeling that this is the start of our relationship with our guests as a married couple."

Their thoughts after the party
"The time just flew by and it was the happiest time ever. I wanted to feel closer to the guests."
I attended the party hoping for this, and there were many moments when the venue truly came together around the guests.
In a way, everything went according to plan, so I'm very happy.
The form of partying varies from person to person, and there is no winner or loser.
It was such a satisfying day that I thought maybe we could win the top prize in the "Unity with Guests" category.
Feedback from our guests
"All the dishes were really delicious and left a lasting impression. They were the best I've ever eaten."
"The gift glasses were unique for each guest, which made me very happy."
"The center table gave it a home party feel."
"There was a sense of unity with the staff. We had many meetings and worked well together."
From the parents
Not only did they prepare thoroughly, but the couple's personalities were conveyed to the guests through their speeches and presentations.
It was a heartfelt reception.”
"Their personalities were apparent from the speeches given by their friends, creating the atmosphere of a couple who are very similar to each other."
"It must have been a lot of work to prepare, but it was a relief to watch."

Why I'm glad I chose THE ORIENT
"I was impressed with the ideas and creativity of the staff!
To be honest, at first I didn't have any particular preferences and thought, "I guess I can just leave it all to them."
However, as I had many meetings with the staff,
Little by little, the image of our ideal wedding ceremony began to take shape.
Before I knew it, the ceremony had become one filled with attention to detail in every aspect.
From the first meeting, the planner tried to get to know us better.
Furthermore, they carefully drew out thoughts and hopes that we ourselves had not even realized.
I feel like they understood even the unspoken aspects of the kind of ceremony we wanted.
A message to the bride-to-be who is about to enter the ceremony
It's okay if you don't have a specific direction in mind. I was able to see my ideal form through the discussion.
Nowadays, you can find as much information about weddings as you want on the internet.
But I didn't have a clear direction in mind from the beginning, like "This is what I want to do!"
Rather, there were a few elements that made me think, "I might want to steer clear of this..."
That was the situation we started in, but during a meeting with the planner,
There were many new ideas and discoveries that made me think, "I didn't know I could do this!"
Even if you only talk a little about your preferences and the atmosphere, they will give you various suggestions from a professional perspective.
I think we naturally began to see the type of ceremony that suited us.
If you are having trouble with the production, please feel free to consult with a planner.
You'll surely find some unexpected tips and options.
A message to the groom-to-be who is about to enter the ceremony
The service at THE ORIENT is truly excellent and top notch!
I can confidently recommend it to God.
But to be honest, the price may be a little higher than other venues.
That being said, considering the quality of the service, it is reasonable.
I think the key to preparing is to discuss it thoroughly with your wife and family.
If you want a satisfying wedding, this is a venue you should definitely consider.
